Yep, I wish I was still in California. Especially after the last several days of CRAZY weather! Only in Utah I guess:) A couple weeks ago the whole fam packed up and drove to California, our awesome Christmas present from Mom and Dad this past year! We had a blast!
Here's a picture from our hotel room at Oceanside, it was so pretty and you could walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. On our way down to the beach you'd walk along this fun pier looking into the marina and fun little gift shops and yummy Fish and Chips restaurants.
This was the kids' first visit to the ocean, they loved it! I had forgotten how much I loved the ocean, the smell of the salty water, the warm sand, and the freezing cold water! Can you tell Ryley LOVED playing in the sand? :)
I can't remember what this pier is called, but it was so long! There were people fishing all down the whole thing, and there's a restaurant at the very end too. And there's nothing like a California beach sunset!
San Diego temple. They were doing repairs so they had scaffolding(?) up all over the entire thing. It was still so beautiful and majestic looking.
